hello, I have updated my pocketbook. When I open it, it gets stuck on the first page. I tried to do the update from the microsd card. it turns on but blinks blinks and stays on again on a blank screen. I tried all the methods. please help, thanks.

Without connection I have black screen only. Before reset, after reset, problem remain. 95% screen is black and small vertical column on right side slightly lighter. With connection no problem, but ebook is for offgrid use too.

I forgot my password. They say, 'go to settings' but there im stuck because i have the give my pasword first! Any idea how I can solve this?

y Pocketbook HD 2 froze: i left it over the night in the sleep mode and when turned it on, it froze, some strips on the screen appeared and nothing happens. I tried to make the battery die, but it does not help when I turn it on (and there is no PB service in my country). Can you please tell me what I should do? I tried to reset it, screen changed a bit but strips are still there though it is charging. Thank you! I am really desperate

Five minutes after resetting it freezes again!!!!!! What is your advice about that??????????????????????

I am extremely disappointed with my new Pocket Book, why does it freeze all of the time, I see many people have this issue whit it😡😡😡, so why don`t you make smth about it, I didn`t buy it to reset every time I want to read!!!!!

This is really annoying, that in order to reset PocketBook, you need to have an access to power plug (?!). How do we reset your device in the forest? I had this situation this weekend and it was a total failure. Inkpad Color likes quite often to freeze, so it is really disappointing.

this doesn't work at all. I've tried holding the on/of-button while connected to a computer and another time while connected to the net for minutes without result. I also tried combinations with the home-button, forward & backward-buttons... Nothing. The ereader (pocketbook touch hd 3) remains blocked. Any other tip?
