5 месяцев назадI recently learned through Brent Stafford of Regulator Watch, in an interview with Tony Abboud of the Vapor Technology Association (VTA), that Tony Abboud and VTA are working to push FDA to enforce the removal of all disposables because (1 they took advantage of a loophole in the Regulations and 2) None of them have applied for a PMTA, they just flooded the market with them. As far as I'm concerned, this cannot happen fast enough. There are too many other great devices, including the various Pod designs, to justify all the needless landfill pollution of plastics and Li-Ion batteries. Pod systems are bad enough with not not having a replaceable battery, but at least some of them have applied for a PMTA. I can't wait to say, Good riddance! Let the materials used to make those Li-Ion batteries go to products that will last longer than just a few days.
